Azure Window – Gozo
The Azure Window, in Maltese language Tieqa Zerqa, is a natural arch which pillars emerge from the sea with a large and perfectly horizontal slab of stone completing the arch beam. Situated in proximity of Dwejra Point, the blue colour of the sea and the turquoise nuances which reflect on the rocky walls of the arch make it a perfect place for painters and for all lovers of sublime panoramas.
