Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra bed

All children are welcome. One child under 12 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding. One further child under 12 years is charged EUR 25 per night and person in an extra bed. One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot. One older child or adult is charged 100 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

The Copperfields Restaurant, the hotel’s signature restaurant seats 120 for elegant dining in a decor with gilded mirror, carved mahogany buffet counter and antique paintings, Copperfield’s creates a sense of timelessness. The Penny Black is a quiet venue for a wide range of cocktails, coffees & teas where you can enjoy an intimate conversation in an utterly relaxed mood. Selections include various cocktails, champagnes, wines, the finest spirits and a delicious menu offering sumptuous snacks from the traditional club sandwich to the exotic king prawns. During the Summer season, the Pool Bar offers light snacks, cool drinks & coffees from 08:30 till 17:30 hours.
